چکیده

The negative effect of the increased age and obesity on women’s fertility, natural conception assisted reproduction is already well known. To date, it still not fully clear how these important factors could influence different aspects embryo development morphokinetics. aim present study was to assess association between inter-embryo variability morphokinetic parameters patient body mass index (BMI). A total 305 women (967 embryos) were included for analysis in this study. All embryos cultured a single culture medium (Life Global, Brussels, Belgium) time-lapse system (EmbryoScope, Vitrolife, Sweden). Only with more than 2 per cycle Fifteen analyzed: time pronuclei appearance (tPNa), fading (tPNf), cleavage times (t2, t3, t4, t5, t6, t7, t8, t9), morulae formation (tM), starting blastulation (tSB), full blastocyst stage (tB), expansion (tEB) hatching timing (tHB). Statistical performed using IBM SPSS Software v.21. Inter-embryo each woman/cycle measured as coefficient variation (CV). Spearman correlation done find coefficients variables female BMI. Women showed low but significant positive (CV) certain – t7 (r=0.17, p=0.006), t8 (r=0.22, t9 (r=0.13, p=0.048), tB (r=0.18, p=0.022). Moreover, BMI also relatively higher number CV variables, including earlier events t3 (r=0.20, p=0.038), t4 (r=0.25, p=0.012), t5 (r=0.24, p=0.02), t6 (r=0.26, (r=0.23, p=0.03) p=0.045). In conclusion, human associated Embryo morphokinetics differs initial stages according later age.

South Asian Children Have Increased Body Fat in Comparison to White Children at the Same Body Mass Index

The ability of body mass index (BMI) to predict excess fat in South Asian children is unknown. This cross-sectional study examines the influence of ethnicity on body fatness in children. Weight status and body fat were determined using BMI, waist circumference (WC), two skinfold sites (SF; triceps and subscapula) and leg-to-leg bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA; Tanita BF350, Tanita, Tokyo,...

The risk of dementia with increased body mass index.

BACKGROUND identification of modifiable risk factors is crucial in the prevention of dementia, given its limited treatment options. Studies on increased body mass index (BMI) as a risk factor for dementia show conflicting results. METHODS we systematically retrieved and reviewed longitudinal population-based studies on increased BMI and dementia using a standard protocol. We searched Medline ...

Associations among height, body mass index and intelligence from age 11 to age 78 years

BACKGROUND Intelligence is related to both height and body mass index (BMI) at various stages of life. Several studies have demonstrated longitudinal relationships between these measures, but none has established whether height and intelligence, or BMI and intelligence are linked from childhood through to older age. METHODS We assessed the relations between these measures over an interval of ...

Nephrolithiasis and increased blood pressure among females with high body mass index.

BACKGROUND We hypothesized that one reason for the heterogeneity in previously reported links between kidney stones and blood pressure (BP) was the differential effects of nephrolithiasis among subgroups of individuals. In particular, we hypothesized that the association between stone history and BP may vary with respect to sex and body size. METHODS Data from the Third National Health and Nu...
